Dawn Marie Nelmark

Dawn Marie Nelmark has extensive experience in senior leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. Dawn Marie is currently the Chief Advancement Officer at Guild Services, where they lead the organization's external relations and drives a long-term vision for creative growth. Prior to this, Dawn served as the Senior Director of Development, Marketing, and Communications at Second Harvest Heartland, where they were responsible for a $19M budget and led a team of 18. Dawn Marie also held various roles at Second Harvest Heartland, including Senior Director of Development and Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, where they successfully generated revenue through corporate partnerships and achieved significant growth in donor portfolios. Before joining Second Harvest Heartland, Dawn worked at the Arthritis Foundation North Central Chapter as an Events Manager and at Global Volunteers as a Corporate Buyer.

Dawn Marie Nelmark has completed the New Strategies Program at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Dawn Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Hamline University. Additionally, they have obtained an Active Leader Certification from PDI Ninth House. Dawn Marie Nelmark has also completed a Mini-Master program in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies, at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
