Jessica Bohn

Jessica Bohn possesses extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Director and Principal at Guilford County Schools since August 2011. Responsibilities include developing differentiated professional development aligned with strategic goals, leading professional learning communities, and managing operations such as budgeting and human resources. Jessica has achieved significant proficiency increases in student performance across subjects and has been recognized as a finalist for Principal of the Year in 2015, along with multiple awards for leadership and community service. Additionally, Jessica Bohn acts as a professional learning consultant for ASCD and has taught as an adjunct professor in Master of Social-Emotional Learning. The educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and ongoing doctoral studies in Instructional Leadership.
