Mamady Camara

Mamady Camara has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a Training Advisor at Consultance-Etudes-Formation- Informatique-Management CEFIB. Mamady then worked as an HR Advisor for Recruitment, Training & Development at Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée from 2003 to 2011. Camara then joined Rio Tinto and held various roles, including Superintendent HR, Recruitment and Human Resources Manager, Employees Relations. In 2016, they became the Human Resources Industrial Relations Director at China Harbour Engineering Co. Ltd. In 2019, Camara became the Human Capital Director at Guinea Alumina Corporation S.A. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Public Affairs and Community Affairs at Société AngloGold Ashanti.

Mamady Camara obtained a master's degree in Law with a specialization in Public Law & International Relations from Universite Gamal Abdel Nasser, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Mamady also earned another master's degree in Law with the same specialization from Gamal Abdel Nasser during the same period. In 2015, Mamady Camara obtained certifications in HR Operational Project Management from Alain Amghar Consultants and Strategic Human Resources, including ManPower Planning, Succession Planning, and Talent Management, from Fleming Gulf.
