Hannah Best is an experienced professional with a strong background in the music education industry. Currently serving as the Director of Lessons and Store Operations at The Guitar Center Company since November 2018, Hannah plays a crucial role in expanding student acquisition and revenue for Guitar Center Lessons, which transitioned to an online platform in 2020. Prior to this, Hannah held multiple positions at Music & Arts from October 2009 to November 2018, including Human Resource Manager for Lesson Teachers, Regional Lesson Manager, and Store Manager, achieving significant growth in teacher recruitment and student enrollment. Earlier in career, Hannah worked at Sears Holdings Inc., specializing in retail and customer solutions. Hannah earned a B.A. in Fine Arts and Music with a focus on Music and Communication from Hardin-Simmons University between 2003 and 2010.
