Su Kim-Kridle

Su Kim-Kridle is an experienced professional in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at The Guitar Center Company. Previous positions include Executive Director of Total Rewards at Cummins Inc. / Atmus Filtration Technologies and Senior Director of Global Compensation at The Clorox Company. Su also held the role of Senior Director of Global Rewards at Blizzard Entertainment. Earlier in the career, Su worked at Honeywell as Director of Compensation and Benefits for both Canada and Latin America Regions and within Honeywell Transportation Systems.
