Sandip Desai

Sandip Desai currently serves as the Head of Industrial Relations at Reliance Industries Limited since March 2024, following a tenure as Senior Officer of Human Resources at Gujarat Gas Limited from January 2016 to February 2024. Sandip Desai holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Company Law from the Faculty of Law at MSU Vadodara, completed in October 2019, and a Master of Human Resource Management from the Faculty of Social Work at MSU Vadodara, earned in 2015. Additionally, Sandip Desai obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2013 and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Commerce from the Faculty of Commerce at MSU Vadodara, completed in 2012. Education culminated with attendance at New Era High School from 2007 to 2009.
