Reena Barvaliya

Reena Barvaliya is an experienced Maintenance Manager at Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited since October 2020, specializing in creating and implementing maintenance best practices, project management, and improving operational performance. Previously, Reena held positions as Deputy Manager-Maintenance and Assistant Maintenance Manager at GIPCL-SLPP and GIPCL, respectively, focusing on the operations and maintenance of field instruments, control systems, and SCADA/DCS systems. Reena’s foundational expertise in instrumentation and control was developed through a B.E. degree from GEC-Gandhinagar and Gujarat University. Reena has also been involved in asset management, compliance with various ISO standards, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
