Carsten Bjerg

Carsten Bjerg currently holds the position of Vice Chairman at COWI, where the focus is on creating value through a unique 360° approach that leverages expertise in engineering, economics, and environmental science. Additionally, Carsten serves as a board member for Aarhus Universitet, contributing to its mission as a globally recognized institution for education and research. Carsten's extensive experience includes multiple chairmanships at companies such as Hydrema, Robco Engineering A/S, BOGBALLE A/S, Bredal A/S, Epoke GROUP, Agrometer A/S, and Guldager A/S, all of which operate in sectors ranging from hydraulic earth-moving equipment to water treatment. Carsten has also been a board member at TCM Group, which specializes in innovative kitchen and furniture manufacturing. Educational background includes degrees from the University of Cambridge and the Technical University of Denmark, with earlier schooling at Horsens Statsskole and Dagnæs Skole.
