Mahmoud Elkordy

Mahmoud El Kordy is an experienced executive currently serving as General Manager at GBM since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mahmoud held various leadership positions at IBM from January 1991 to July 2022, including Regional Executive, where responsibilities included leading the IBM Systems organization in the Middle East and Pakistan with accountability for substantial revenue and profit margins. Additional roles at IBM involved oversight of the Data & Analytics business across the Middle East and Africa, as well as leadership in Infrastructure Services and competitive sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mahmoud holds an MBA in Globalization from Maastricht Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cairo University.
