Eric Gustavson

Eric Gustavson is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in psychiatric care and emergency medical services. Currently serving as a Psychiatric Intake specialist at The Gulf Coast Center since October 2017, Eric previously worked as a Psychiatric Case Manager in the field, delivering case management for psychiatric and substance abuse clients. Prior roles include Clinic Care Coordinator and Mental Health Technician at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, where Eric oversaw patient admissions and care coordination. Early in the career, Eric gained valuable experience as an Emergency Medical Technician with Southwest Ambulance. Eric holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Arizona State University and completed education at Mesa Community College and Ball High School.
