Raquel Monroy

Raquel Monroy is an experienced education professional currently serving as Center Administrator and Bilingual Teacher at Gulf Coast Community Services Association, Inc. since August 2019. Previously, Raquel held teaching positions at Upbring, CHILD, Inc., and Freestyle Language Center, where expertise in bilingual and Spanish instruction was demonstrated. Early career experience includes work as a substitute teacher at Austin Independent School District. Raquel holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Escuela Normal Superior.
