Caroline Windham

Caroline Windham, of Panama City, is the Owner and Office Manager of David D. Windham, DMD. She is the current President of the Bay County Genealogical Society and a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Windham attended the University of Florida. She was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis on December 6, 2022.
