Tyler Younger is an experienced professional in player development and coaching within the baseball domain. Currently serving as the Director of Player Development at Mississippi State University since August 2018 and as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Gulf Coast State College since October 2016, Tyler has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing athletic performance. Previous roles include Assistant Baseball Coach at Bradley University and Assistant Baseball Coach for the Florence Red Wolves, as well as a brief stint as a Bullpen Coach with USA Baseball. Tyler's foundational experience includes serving as a Student Manager for NC State Baseball, where responsibilities included catching bullpens and aiding the team’s daily operations. Tyler holds a Master’s Degree in Parks, Recreation, Tourism, and Sports Management from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Methodist University.
