Lindy Smith is a dedicated fitness professional with extensive experience in active aging and wellness. As the owner of Upstanding Mobility LLC since April 2022, Lindy teaches the Urban Poling Activator method and sells specialized poles. Lindy currently serves as a Provider of Movement Experiences at WellWay, continuing classes previously conducted at Lee Health. With a history at Lee Health since 2015, Lindy has held multiple roles, including Active Aging Group Exercise Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in older adults and individuals with unique health challenges. Lindy's expertise also includes group exercise instruction at Gulf Coast Village and a former ownership of Walk With Lindy and Lindy Smith, LLC, providing fitness programs and consulting. Additionally, Lindy has a background in marketing management at LEKI USA, emphasizing strong industry connections and event management.

Gulf Coast Village is the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in Cape Coral, Florida, where seniors can find integrated care with independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, all under one roof.
