Rose Polhemus

Rose Polhemus is an experienced staffing coordinator currently employed at Gulf Coast Village since June 2022. With a background in call center operations at SWFL Eye Care and Snead Eye Group, Rose excelled in managing inbound and outbound calls for patient scheduling. At Eye Centers of Florida from June 2013 to October 2018, Rose served as CSR manager, overseeing staffing and payroll for three departments across thirteen locations. Earlier roles included payroll, accounts payable, and receptionist duties at HCR, as well as medical records and scheduling at Signature Health Care. Rose's experience in management began at Prime Time Video, where responsibilities included human resources support and processing employment changes.
