Gaurav Arora is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service operations and technology management. Currently serving as the IT Service Operations Manager at GCG Enterprise Solutions since February 2024, Gaurav previously worked for IBT, the leading BPO company in the Middle East, from January 2014 to January 2024, holding various roles including Information Technology Service Delivery Manager and Information Technology Operations Manager. Gaurav holds a Master's degree in Computer Programming from Lovely Professional University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Kite Institute, complemented by foundational education in Accounts from Jain Inter College, Rampur.
