Fernando P. Zapata, CPP, possesses extensive payroll management experience, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Gulf Interstate Engineering since January 2012, following roles as Payroll Supervisor and Sr. Payroll Analyst. Prior to this, Fernando held the position of Payroll Manager at Neighborhood Centers Inc. and Payroll Supervisor at Cameron, a Schlumberger company. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Payroll Administrator at The Menninger Clinic and Payroll and Human Resource Manager at Tootsies, as well as Payroll Administrator at Diamond Offshore. Fernando earned a BBA in Management from the University of Houston between 1987 and 1991.
