Karey Cox

Karey Cox has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karey started their career in 1991 at Friedkin Companies, Inc., where they worked as a Team Leader for almost a decade. In 2003, they moved on to Ernst & Young, where they worked as an Auditor for a year. From 2004 to 2011, Karey worked as a Controller at Southwest Water Company. Karey then joined Gulf Interstate Engineering in 2011 as a Controller and later assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2018.

Karey Cox holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. They also have a Master of Science degree in Finance from the same institution. Karey Cox is additionally certified as a Certified Public Accountant.
