Currently serving at Gulf Companies since May 2023, Renee previously held the position of Sr Technical Recruiter at UniversalPegasus International from August 2008 to May 2023. Prior to that, Renee worked as an on-site recruiter for Universal Ensco while employed at Carltech, focusing on filling various pipeline engineering and project management roles. Earlier recruitment roles included positions at Manpower Professional as a recruiter and at M David Lowe/Spherion as a Senior Recruiter and Branch Manager, specializing in administrative and light industrial recruiting. Renee Grimes earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University between 1989 and 1992.
