James Elsenburg

James (Eddie) Elsenburg is an experienced professional in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at Gulf Copper and Manufacturing since April 2021 and as a Small Business Owner at List Tender since February 2021. Prior to these roles, James worked as a Port Engineer at G & H Towing Company, where responsibilities included vessel maintenance, repair determination, and engineer training. James also has extensive experience as a Senior Marine Surveyor with the American Bureau of Shipping from June 2001 to April 2019, focusing on vessel surveys and compliance with regulations. Additionally, James served as a Marine Safety Specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard and Coast Guard Reserves from December 2005 to July 2016, overseeing operations to ensure adherence to maritime laws and promoting safety practices. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
