Steve Hale

Steve Hale has extensive experience in the marine industry, serving as the Chairman and CEO of Gulf Copper & Manufacturing Corp since 2001, where the company specializes in marine repair and fabrication across the Texas Gulf Coast. Prior to this role, Steve Hale was the President and Owner of Sabine Surveyors from 1976 to 2001, a marine consulting and surveying firm operating in major US Gulf Coast ports. Steve Hale holds a Master's degree in Port and Terminal Management from Lamar University, completed between 2018 and 2019, and has also completed an Executive Education program in Managerial Leadership at UTexas - McCombs from 2008 to 2009, alongside an undergraduate education at Lamar University from 1974 to 1978.
