Previous roles include Process Engineer, where responsibilities included standardizing materials and supporting technical queries, and Technical Maintenance Engineer, focusing on plant maintenance. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Swastik Heavy Structurals Pvt Ltd, managing projects for Reliance Infrastructures Ltd, and as a Mechanical Engineer at UBC Engineers Pvt Ltd, specializing in structural maintenance for cranes. Dileep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from CSI College Of Engineering, graduated in 2011.
