Dwayne Hyzak

Dwayne Hyzak is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN), a publicly-traded investment firm focused on providing customized debt and equity financing to companies based in the United States. He is a co-founder of Main Street and several of its predecessor companies and has helped lead the company from a $100-million private investment fund established in 2002 to a publicly-traded firm with over $3.5 billion of capital under management. Dwayne has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting and has been with Main Street for over 15 years.

Prior to Main Street, his experience included several years with a publicly-traded company focused on M&A and five years with a national accounting firm. Dwayne has served on the boards of numerous portfolio companies, assisting these companies with strategic activities.

Dwayne graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1995 with a BBA in Accounting.
