Eric Lai is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Branch Manager at Beem Credit Union since January 2024, with a long tenure as Branch Manager at Gulf & Fraser since June 2007. Eric has held various roles within Gulf & Fraser, including Assistant Branch Manager and Senior Money Advisor, where responsibilities included providing personalized financial advice, processing loans and mortgages, and enhancing member relationships through cross-selling. Previously, Eric worked at G&F Financial Group and held customer service roles at CIBC and JPMorgan Chase, focusing on resolving inquiries and updating member information. Eric holds degrees from Simon Fraser University and Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
