Najam Saqib has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Sr. Recruitment/Creeing Officer at Gulf Marine Services PLC since July 2008, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment and onboarding process for marine personnel and enhancing company procedures. Previously, Najam held the position of Recruitment/Learning & Development Coordinator, overseeing office-based recruitment for various levels and managing preliminary employment processes. Prior experience includes the role of HR & Admin Officer at Education Center Rawalpindi, focusing on hiring staff and managing educational records. Najam holds a BBA (Hons) in Business Management from International Islamic University and an MBA in Human Resources from Virtual University of Pakistan.
