Karen Claussen

Karen Claussen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the railway industry. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President at Knoxville Locomotive Works since April 2018, Karen has a longstanding association with Gulf & Ohio Railways, Inc. where roles include Vice Chairman and Assistant Vice President since January 2001. Prior to these positions, Karen managed Three Rivers Rambler from June 2000 to June 2018 and held dual roles as Company Communications Director and Environmental Manager at Gulf & Ohio Railways, Inc. from September 1995 to April 1999. Karen Claussen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Biology and English from Furman University.
