David Allen

David Allen has extensive experience in IT support and server technologies, currently serving as a Terminal IT Support Engineer at Gulf Oil since May 2018. Prior to this role, David worked at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. from May 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Citrix environment as a Server Technologies Analyst, overseeing web application deployment as a Web Operations Technician, and monitoring the IBM Mainframe batch process as part of Computer Operations/Facilities Management. David holds an Associate in Specialized Business Degree in Computer Systems Specialist from YTI Career Institute, earned between 2011 and 2013.
