Felix Lam

Felix Lam has extensive experience in various roles related to customer service and business support. At Gulf Marine, Felix has been serving as a Business Support Manager and previously held positions as a Customer Services Manager and Customer Service Manager in North Asia. Prior to their time at Gulf Marine, Felix worked at Castrol as a Demand Coordinator and Customer Service Executive, where Felix was responsible for managing warehouses, coordinating with sales teams, and preparing demand forecasts. Throughout their career, Felix has focused on developing and monitoring customer service performance metrics to align regional service levels.
