Erica Marioneaux

Erica Marioneaux, MBA, possesses extensive experience in business analysis and human resources, currently serving as a Business Analyst at Gulf Power Company since May 2008. In this role, Erica compiles and analyzes financial reports while streamlining financial processes and coordinating with team members to adhere to budgetary constraints. Previously, Erica worked in various HR roles at Wayne Dalton Corp. and West Corporation, where responsibilities included policy implementation, recruitment, and administrative support for HR functions.
