Rhaya Reynolds is an experienced Driver Recruiting Manager at Gulf Relay since September 2021, responsible for building recruitment processes, conducting interviews, diversifying talent, and utilizing applicant tracking systems. Rhaya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, completed in 2021.
