Kristopher Reed is an experienced professional in operational excellence and financial management, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Logistec/Gulf Stream Marine since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing a corporate-wide Operational Excellence/Quality Assurance Program. Previously, Kristopher held roles as a Strategic Analyst/Auditor at the same company, as well as Operations Manager and Senior Internal Auditor at Coastal Cargo Group, where Kristopher was responsible for financial and operational performance and established an Internal Audit Department. Earlier experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at Keystone Engineering Inc. Kristopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Computer Science from Louisiana State University, complemented by education at the University of Houston.
