R.L. Oswald is the Chairman at Gulf Winds Credit Union. R.l. was previously the Controller at United Bank of Southwest Alabama & Northwest Florida from January 2005 to February 2018.

R.L. Oswald received their BSBA in Accounting from the University of West Florida and their MBA from the same school.
