Scott Slattery

Scott Slattery currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Lending Officer at Gulf Winds Credit Union since June 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held various leadership positions at First Service Credit Union, including VP of Lending and Collections and VP of Sales from February 2015 to June 2023. At TDECU, from May 2003 to February 2015, Scott served as VP of Mortgage Servicing and Operations, overseeing mortgage servicing and quality control processes, as well as as Regional VP Branch Operations and AVP Collection Manager, responsible for operational efficiency and delinquency management. Education includes an Honors Graduate designation from the SW CUNA Management School and coursework at Riverside City College. Early career experience encompasses roles at PFF Bank & Trust and Wells Fargo, where Scott managed branch operations and customer service.
