Lance Waitz

Lance Waitz is an experienced professional in the fields of estimating, project management, and construction purchasing. Currently serving as an Estimator at Gulfeagle Supply since November 2021, Lance has held various roles including Project Estimator at Kirkwood Stair and Millwork and Lombardo Homes, as well as Project Manager at AIC Contracting, which involved leading estimating initiatives for a commercial flooring contractor. Prior experience includes owning a martial arts school, where Lance taught self-defense and character-building, and various roles in purchasing and project coordination with Macy's and May Department Stores. Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Architecture and Design from Draughon Business College and St. Louis Community College-Meramec, respectively.
