Eleanor Dell Quick is an experienced purchasing and operations professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Perry Lane Hotel since December 2022, Eleanor previously held the position of Director of Purchasing at Barnsley Resort from October 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Area Manager in Operations at Amazon Logistics and various managerial positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, including Multi Outlet Food and Beverage Manager and Supervisor roles. Eleanor began the career at Marriott International as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
