Kurtina Pollen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people programs, change management, and strategic project leadership at Gulfstream Aerospace, where the individual has served since April 2003 in various roles, including Director of People Programs & Change Management and Sr. Manager of Strategic Projects. With a strong background in customer support engagement and information technology, Kurtina has successfully managed complex projects, developed strategic initiatives, and improved communication strategies across multiple teams. Prior experience includes roles at Computer Sciences Corporation and Savannah Foods and Industries, and a solid educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Savannah State University.
