Sarah Maxwell

Sarah Maxwell is a Mechanical Engineer II currently employed at Gulfstream Aerospace since October 2023. Previously, Sarah worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Mercer Engineering Research Center from February 2023 to August 2023 and served as a Design Engineer for Electric Vehicles at Blue Bird Corporation from May 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included implementing new electric vehicle components, collaborating with suppliers, and assessing design changes for improvements. Sarah also held positions at Blue Bird Corporation as a Design Engineer focused on current model engineering and as a Student Design Engineer in chassis and powertrain. In addition to engineering roles, Sarah has experience in leadership and tutoring positions, including serving as the Director of Social Enrichment and Risk Management for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and Mathematics Tutor at Mathnasium. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University, completed in 2021, and attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018.
