Shana Fliginger

Shana Fliginger is a highly experienced technical specialist with a robust background in systems engineering and technical support in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist III at Gulfstream Aerospace since May 2022, Shana previously held the position of Lead Technical Support Engineer at Eaton, where significant contributions included expanding IBM ELM administration for electric vehicle projects and developing user training curricula for various applications. As a Systems Engineer for Randstad Engineering US, Shana excelled in creating Controller Area Network interface documents and validation reports for high-stakes aviation systems. Prior roles at GE Aviation and Rockwell Collins included capturing requirements, training for export controls, and leading engineering efforts on integrated avionics projects. Shana holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from South Dakota Mines, multiple bachelor's degrees, and has a foundational education in German Studies and Political Science from the University of Bonn.
