Traci Ferguson

Traci Ferguson, MHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for The Stronach Group at Gulfstream Park since October 2018, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing the employee experience for an average of 1,000 staff across various sectors including hospitality and gaming. Prior to this role, Traci held the position of Director of Human Resources for Adena Farms and Adena Golf & Country Club from August 2014 to October 2018. Traci's background includes experience in the banking sector, having worked at Gateway Bank of Central Florida and RBC, where Traci contributed to operations and client services. Traci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and a Master of Arts in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Webster University.
