Steven van Den Berg

Steven van den Berg is an experienced brewing professional, currently serving as Brouwmeester and Bedrijfsleider at Gulpener Bierbrouwerij since November 2015, and as a Craftsman at De Brouwakademie since August 2014. Previously, Steven held the position of Quality Manager at Jopenkerk Bierbrouwerij, where a reputable craft brewing project was managed, and was a co-owner and brewmaster at Sint Christoffel Bier BV, contributing significantly to the foundation of Dutch specialty beer brewing. Earlier roles included Brewmaster at Brouwerij St Christoffel and Assistant Professor in Biochemical and Brewing Technology at Hogeschool Gent, where research and education were key responsibilities. Steven's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering with a focus on Brewing Technology from HOGENT.
