Tan Yew Beng Ian

Tan Yew Beng Ian has over 10 years of work experience in the game development industry. Tan started their career at Personae Studios L.L.P. in 2009, where they worked as an iPhone Game Developer until 2010. In 2010, they joined TYLER Projects Pte Ltd as a Game Developer and remained in that role until 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at LambdaMu Games as a Game Engineer, where they were responsible for developing core systems and structures for various projects, including Dice Soccer City. In 2018, they joined DigiPen Institute of Technology as a Trainee before moving on to their current role as a Senior Client Developer at gumi Asia Pte Ltd.

Tan Yew Beng Ian completed a Specialist Diploma in Artificial Intelligence at the DigiPen Institute of Technology in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Game and Entertainment Technology from Temasek Polytechnic between 2007 and 2010. From 2002 to 2004, Tan pursued a Higher Nitec in Electronics Engineering (Multimedia) at ITE East (Tampines). Their education journey began in 2000 with the completion of an NTC-2 in Electronics (Computer Technology) at ITE East (Bedok).
