Chris Tibayan has worked in the mobile app industry since 2005. Chris began their career as a QA Tester at Atari, then moved on to Carrier Quality Control (CQC) Manager / Tester at Namco Networks America Inc. in 2007. In 2009, they joined BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. as a Mobile App Store Manager (ASO), where they were responsible for ASO on the company's biggest mobile anime IP games. In this role, they created keyword optimization plans and AB testing plans for icons, screenshots, and feature graphics. Chris also served as Mobile Submissions Manager, creating new app projects, submitting and tracking all QA certified builds, and managing and archiving submission assets. In 2021, they began working as an Account Manager at Gummicube, Inc., a company specializing in App Store Optimization and Big Data Analytics for Mobile App Marketing.

Chris Tibayan obtained their Associate's Degree in Digital Design from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom in 2002.
