Miranda Rutherford has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Miranda started their career as a Store Manager at General Pants Group, where they worked from 2006 to 2012. Miranda then transitioned into the recruitment field and worked at SThree as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant, and Development SME - Executive Principal Consultant - IT Software Development from 2013 to 2018. Miranda also worked at CBRE as a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a contract basis in 2018. Following that, they joined Avocado Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2018 to 2019. Miranda then worked at Concentrix Tigerspike as an Associate Director of Talent from 2019 to 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Lead from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Miranda served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Immutable, focusing on the first Layer 2 for NFTs on Ethereum. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Gumtree Group from 2023 onwards.
Miranda Rutherford obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, majoring in Resource and Environmental Management, from Macquarie University. Prior to that, they attended SCECGS Redlands but did not obtain any degree or field of study.
