Kim Åge Ditlefsen

Kim Åge Ditlefsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Avionics Technician for Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) for five years. In 2009, they interned at Vuze, a tech startup, where they focused on marketing and saw a significant increase in sales. Kim then joined BEKK as an Internship Trainee in 2010. The following year, they continued their career break before joining Bekk Consulting AS as a Senior UX Designer (Consultant) in 2011. During their time there, they gained broad mobile experience and conducted customer research for multiple projects. In 2016, they worked as a Senior UX Designer (Contractor) at Verve Search, leading UX projects for various brands. Kim also worked at Gumtree.com from 2017, where they served as a UX Designer across platforms and collaborated internationally. Additionally, they had a role at the University of Oslo as an IT Support Manager and Seminar Leader, where they managed employees and dealt with computer support.

Kim Åge Ditlefsen has a Bachelor's Degree in IT and Cognitive Psychology, which they obtained from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2004 to 2009. Kim Åge then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Oslo from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, in 2009, they briefly attended the Center of Entrepreneurship & Technology (CET) at the University of California, Berkeley.
