Thomas Vacanti

Thomas Vacanti, MBA, currently serves as the Organizational Development and Training Manager at Gun Lake Casino since January 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Lighthouse, An Alera Group Company, and held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AXIOS HR. Academic accomplishments include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of the People, where a 4.0 GPA was achieved, and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University. Thomas has also gained diverse experience through roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and various internships in educational and legal settings.
