Adam Schwoerer

Adam Schwoerer is a seasoned professional in product management and strategic planning with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Solution Owner at Gundersen Health System since April 2024, Adam focuses on enhancing digital experiences for patients through Agile methodologies and data analysis. Prior roles include AVP of Planning and Delivery and Director of Planning and Delivery at National Guardian Life Insurance Company, where Adam played a crucial role in rebuilding strategic planning practices and leading a hybrid planning office. Adam co-founded The Rustic Burrow, LLC, aimed at supporting local artisans, and held numerous positions at Thrivent, culminating as Chief Product Owner overseeing digital transformation efforts. Adam holds a Master of Science in Financial Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts.
