Jennifer Conroy

Jennifer Conroy, BSN, MBA began their work experience as a Registered Nurse at UNITED HOSPITAL - ALLINA HEALTH LABORATORY from July 2003 to September 2007. Jennifer then joined Gundersen Health System as a Registered Nurse in October 2007 and worked until May 2011. During this time, they held the positions of Clinical Documentation Improvement RN and Manager of Clinical Documentation Improvement. In June 2011, they transitioned to the role of Director Mid-Revenue Cycle at Gundersen Health System. Jennifer worked in this position until December 2018 when they took on the position of Interim-Director Mid-Revenue Cycle. Jennifer held this role until February 2018 when they returned to their previous position as Director Mid-Revenue Cycle. From December 2022, Jennifer will assume the role of Interim Vice President Revenue Cycle at Gundersen Health System.

Jennifer Conroy, BSN, MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Jennifer recently completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Rural Health Care from The College of St. Scholastica, which they earned from 2020 to 2022.
