Jon Nevala

Jon Nevala has extensive experience in recruitment and staff management, currently serving as the Manager of Medical Staff Recruitment and previously as a Physician Recruiter at Gundersen Health System since August 2005. Prior to this role, Jon worked at Trane from August 1998 to August 2005, where responsibilities included serving as a Sales and Technical Recruiter and later as Manager of University Recruiting. Jon's early career included positions as an Account Executive at Techstaff and as a Student Services Coordinator within the University of Wisconsin System. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education Administration and Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education/Sports Management, both obtained from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
