Sara Ashbeck

Sara Ashbeck has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sara began their career in 1996 at Woodstock Health and Rehabilitation Center as a Dietitian. Sara then worked at Sodexo at Ridgewood Care Center from 1998 to 2007 in the same role. In 2003, they joined Hospice Alliance as a Dietitian - Consultant, and in 2007, they joined Gundersen Health System as a Registered Dietitian and later became the Clinical Manager. Most recently, Sara has been serving as the Clinical Operations Director at Gundersen Health System since May 2020.

Sara Ashbeck holds a Master's of Healthcare Administration degree from Capella University, which they obtained between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, they completed a Registered Dietitian Internship in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services at the Sodexo Distance Education Internship. Sara also holds several certifications, including being a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Sara has also obtained certifications in agile leadership from the Scrum Alliance. Sara has been recognized on the President's List at Capella University for multiple semesters.
