Tina Lechnir

Tina Lechnir has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tina has currently served as the Vice President at Gundersen Health System since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ascension for a significant period. Tina'sroles at Ascension included Director of Behavioral Health Services from 2014 to 2022, Inpatient Hospital Manager from 2012 to 2014, Outpatient Clinic Manager from 2010 to 2012, Employee Assistance Program- Mental Health Counselor from 2006 to 2010, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker from 2000 to 2006. Tina also worked as an Ad hoc Professor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2008 to 2010 and had a role as a DHS-Health Services Surveyor at WI-Department of Quality Assurance from 1996 to 2000.

Tina Lechnir obtained a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1988 to 1992. In addition, they hold a certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the State of Wisconsin.
